Yeah…only 4 Ingredient…no fancy ingredients and a tasty, chewy biscuit (These are a chewy biscuit due to the coconut oil)
30g GoNutrition Gingerbread Whey
15ml Vita Coco Coconut Oil
30ml Two Chick Egg White
- Melt the coconut oil in the microwave and combine with the dry ingredients
- Put the mixture in the fridge for approx 10-15mins
- Roll the mixture and Cut (I used a mini man cutter but any shape)
- Bake 180C for 12mins (6 mins on each side)
